Welcome to Longboat Key Paradise (the “Site”), operated by LONGBOAT KEY VACATION LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using https://www.longboatkeyparadise.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1) Purpose of the Site
The Site provides information about our vacation rentals and allows you to inquire about availability and request reservations.
2) Bookings, Payments, and Confirmations
Bookings may be handled through Hostaway and/or directly by LONGBOAT KEY VACATION LLC.
A reservation is not guaranteed until you receive written confirmation (email or platform confirmation) and any required payment is successfully processed.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and/or booking platforms. We do not store full credit card numbers on the Site.
Cancellation, refund, and other booking rules will be shown during checkout or in your reservation confirmation and will apply to your stay.
3) Accuracy of Information
We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free at all times, including (but not limited to) pricing, availability, amenities, photos, and descriptions. If something appears inconsistent, contact us and we’ll confirm the correct details.
4) Guest Responsibilities and House Rules
Guests agree to follow all house rules and property guidelines provided before and during the stay. Guests may be responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning, missing items, or violations of house rules, as permitted by applicable law and the reservation terms.
5) Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access or interfere with the Site’s systems or security
Copy, scrape, or reuse Site content for commercial use without written permission
Submit false information or impersonate someone else
6) Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site (text, images, logos, design, and branding) is owned by LONGBOAT KEY VACATION LLC or used with permission. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without written permission.
7) Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may reference or link to third-party services (for example, booking platforms, payment providers, mapping tools). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
Use of the property and amenities involves inherent risks (for example, pools, balconies, stairs, outdoor conditions). Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and belongings during their stay.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, certain consumer protection rights).
9) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LONGBOAT KEY VACATION LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
